Who operates Work Tracker

Information we collect

The data collected depends on how you use the app. It may include:

Account information Email address, display name, authentication method, email verification status, and account settings.

Work tracking data Work sessions, dates, start and end times, duration, hourly remuneration, earnings, currencies, and monthly goals.

Sync and security data Device sync identifiers, login tokens, confirmation links, password reset requests, and account deletion confirmations.

Technical data App version, device platform, network status, error information, and basic logs needed to keep the service reliable.

Advertising data When ads are shown, Google AdMob may process advertising identifiers, device information, ad interactions, and approximate location depending on your device settings and Google consent rules.

How we use information

To create and secure your account.
To let you record, edit, delete, and review work sessions.
To calculate earnings, durations, weekly summaries, monthly summaries, and goal progress.
To sync your data between the mobile app and the Work Tracker service when a connection is available.
To send account emails such as email verification, password reset, and deletion confirmation.
To display ads in the app and maintain the service.
To detect errors, prevent abuse, and improve reliability.

Offline storage and synchronization

Work Tracker is designed to remain usable offline. Some data can be stored locally on your device first. When the app is connected to the internet, it may synchronize that data with the Work Tracker backend so your account can stay up to date across sessions and installations.

If sync is unavailable, the app can continue to work locally and upload pending changes later.

Third-party services

Work Tracker may use trusted third-party services to provide core features:

Apple Sign in Used when you choose to sign in with Apple.

Google Sign in Used when you choose to sign in with Google.

Google AdMob Used to show advertising inside the app. Google may process data according to its own privacy policies and your consent settings.

BotTimo email service Used to send account confirmation, password reset, and account deletion emails.

Data sharing

Work Tracker does not sell your personal information. Data may be shared only when needed to operate the app, deliver the services listed above, comply with the law, protect users, or prevent abuse.

Your privacy choices

You can control your Work Tracker data directly from the app:

Edit your profile information and currency in Settings.
Add, edit, or delete work sessions.
Manage hourly remunerations and monthly goals.
Sign out of your account at any time.
Request account deletion from Settings. Deletion starts after email confirmation.

Account deletion

You can request deletion of your Work Tracker account from the mobile app. A confirmation email is sent to the account address. Once confirmed, the account and associated work sessions, remunerations, goals, sync data, and pending invitations are deleted or permanently anonymized where required for security and legal reasons.

Security

Work Tracker uses reasonable technical measures to protect account data, including secure authentication, password hashing for password-based accounts, HTTPS for network communication, and local secure storage for sensitive app tokens when supported by the operating system.

Children

Work Tracker is not directed to children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact support so the account can be reviewed and removed where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when Work Tracker changes. The effective date at the top of the page will be updated when a material change is made.
